Typically, in conventional construction, the balconies are the first part of the structure to require significant maintenance or to fail. With BalconEase, the steel and concrete balcony will outlast the wood framed building.

Eneray developed a lighter weight solution for bridges. They deploy in the field faster, use smaller transport trailers and a smaller crane. The bridge segments are wider creating fewer joints and less maintenance.

Prior to the development of our SIP Building Systems we developed and produced precast sandwich panels for a Senior Personal Care Home and a Two Story Residential Home.

Founded in 2008, Eneray Building Technologies started as a small startup with a big vision. While showcasing our IntegraStone at the Home and Garden Show in Edmonton a fellow came up and said "can you build balconies like that?" Thus began a whole new product offering - BalconEase.

We are a Certified CWB Metal Fabrication Shop. We custom engineer our BalconEase to fit each the architecture of each unique building. Each balcony has a specially manufactured bracket that attached to the building at the framing stage. When the building is constructed we transport the manufactured balconies to site and crane them into place. We have installed 24 BalconEase in a single day!!
